By accessing our website or booking services with Grow & Behold, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Grow & Behold offers garden coaching, consulting, educational sessions, planning assistance, and seasonal bed maintenance. The scope of each service is defined at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed clearly and may be updated at any time.

  • By booking a service, you authorize us to process your payment through our secure platform.
     

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time may be rescheduled once without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

  • Severe weather or unexpected circumstances may require Grow & Behold to reschedule; you will be notified promptly.
     

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and productive visit, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their garden and needs

  • Ensure safe access to the garden area

  • Inform us of pets, hazards, or restricted access areas
     

5. Garden Conditions & Limitations

Gardening conditions vary, and results can differ based on factors outside our control (weather, pests, soil conditions, homeowner maintenance, etc.). We cannot guarantee specific results but will provide expert guidance to improve your garden’s success.
 

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided during sessions—guides, plans, documents, teaching materials—remain the intellectual property of Mateosquared LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
 

7. Liability

Grow & Behold is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing garden conditions

  • Injury resulting from unsafe site conditions

  • Loss of plants due to weather, pests, soil issues, or lack of ongoing care

You agree to release Mateosquared LLC from claims related to garden performance or environmental factors outside our control.
 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
